Requirement: Min 06 Months of experience in chat process (CSA)

Job description & Key Skills Required:-

Must have excellent communication skills- English.
Good analytical and interpretation skills, accounting background would be additional.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with proper prioritization while servicing the customer.
Rotational shift (24*7 environment)
Strong customer management skills preferred.
Training will be done in the office and then work from home.
