Job Responsibilities-

  • Increase CASA balance in the portfolio allocated through deepening or acquisition of NTB Royale customers,
  • Proactively and timely identify potential problem accounts and formulate appropriate risk
  • reduction strategies.
  • Manage customer migration between segments, sub-segments, and HNI businesses.
  • Increasing portfolio profitability through the use of available multi-channel delivery strategies, such as proactively managing customer migration over electronic banking channels.
  • Develop, manage and expand Au Royale customer relationships by providing service levels that exceed customer expectations of the most important customer segment
  • Develops new and expands existing high net worth client relationships for liabilities and retail properties
  • Informs customers about new products or product enhancements to further expand banking relationships
  • Capture and maximize business opportunity through detailed client profiling as per Organizational Process (CRM)
