Job description-

  • Demonstrate strong business and sales skills to take full charge of the field through thorough knowledge of the industry and focus on team building and achieving assigned goals.
  • Establish and strengthen the excellent relationship with BOB (Branch Manager / Regional Head, Zonal Head, Marketing Team etc.) and ensure that the card business operates uninterruptedly
  • Focus on increasing the CRE productivity of the sales team, taking adequate measures to enhance it through interventions such as sales training, soft skills training, and functional training.
  • Gain practical knowledge on digital sourcing so that new innovative solutions can be integrated into the acquisition workflow.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of applications and take measures to correct incomplete applications for incomplete documents to complete the sales workflow
  • Management is monitored and due diligence is done by controlling and checking the applications to ensure that fraudulent applications do not enter the system.
  • Establish and manage strong business relationships with internal stakeholders (risk, credit, back end, product, finance, etc.).
  • Recruit, train and motivate the CRE/sales team to achieve sales goals in alignment with business goals.
  • Focus on continuously upgrading sales strategies by generating innovative ideas on processes and identifying new opportunities in the market to increase team productivity.
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth execution of National Sales Strategy of BFSL, keeping in view its validity for the specific sector.
  • Responsible for ensuring high motivational levels of teams, understanding the high-stress environment of the organization's sales department.
