Job description-
- Centrally manage new hire training and refresher training for vendors
- measure training effectiveness
- Creation of Video-Based Training Module
- Maintain product knowledge for all the latest changes
- Plan training, materials, and documentation to facilitate the employee onboarding process
- Liaise with Quality and Operations to identify, screen, and execute process improvement plans
- Plan and improve training workshops and projects to monitor and groom underperformers
- Preparation and adherence to the training calendar
- Conduct dip checks and audits to identify process gaps and propose a plan to plug them
