- Must have overall knowledge of salaried loan business to source from.
- Good communication, analytical skills and channel management skills
- Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Duties and Responsibilities - Manage and support the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals with respect to that geographic area, research new markets, and allocate resources to the most profitable opportunities.
- Achieving Sales Goals and Cross Selling Insurance
- Creating a strong and compliant sales culture across channels to drive acquisition, profitability and employee growth.
- Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment, etc. Also giving feedback and suggestions to RSM.
- Ensuring implementation of promotional plans and contests and suggesting new and innovative promotion plans for the work area. Retaining high performers and replacing poor performers
- Delivering results and ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction to ensure the highest levels of employee bonding, motivation and engagement.
- Ensuring that target, PMP discussions, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings are done in a timely and effective manner.
- Effectively engage Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across all locations.
- Management of the collection of the acquired portfolio.
- Handling customer complaints, if any
