Roles and Responsibilities

  • Duties and Responsibilities - Manage and support the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals with respect to that geographic area, research new markets, and allocate resources to the most profitable opportunities.
  • Achieving Sales Goals and Cross Selling Insurance
  • Creating a strong and compliant sales culture across channels to drive acquisition, profitability and employee growth.
  • Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment, etc. Also giving feedback and suggestions to RSM.
  • Ensuring implementation of promotional plans and contests and suggesting new and innovative promotion plans for the work area. Retaining high performers and replacing poor performers
  • Delivering results and ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction to ensure the highest levels of employee bonding, motivation and engagement.
  • Ensuring that target, PMP discussions, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings are done in a timely and effective manner.
  • Effectively engage Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across all locations.
  • Management of the collection of the acquired portfolio.
  • Handling customer complaints, if any
